Wᴇʟᴄᴏᴍᴇ To Our “Nᴇᴡ Sanctuary”
In 2019, The Northern Bahamas experienced the worst Hurricane on September 2nd. With winds up to 185 plus miles per hour and island-wide flooding, our building located on Kings Lane and right behind Hudson Estate where major flooding occurred, had water up to 2 to 3 feet that devastated our facilities.
Calvary Temple’s Sanctuary was not spared the wrath of the storm. We lost all our air condition units that were recently installed, totaling $32,000, that had to be repurchased and reinstalled again; and had major structural damage.
After 80% damage to our church and school building, we have finally completed our renovations, almost 2 years to this date.
We are thankful to our partners, and others listed below who have helped us in big ways to get back on our feet.
Convoy of Hope (Springfield, MO)
Bass Pro (Johnny Morris) (USA)
Christ Fellowship (Pastor Todd & Pastor Julie) (West Palm Beach)
Evangelistic Temple (Rev. Dr. Cash, Nassau, Bahamas)
May the Lord continually bless you all for your support during this most difficult time.
Senior Pastor
Rev. Dr. Robert Lockhart, and the Calvary Temple Family.
