Mission Outreach

We believe that the command of Jesus is just as relevant today as it was when Jesus first gave the command to his disciples.  As the population of the world is increasing the need to go and preach the gospel, and to teach and to disciple people will become increasingly more challenging. However, the advance in technology makes it even easier, but the going, and doing is expedient because this is the purpose of the church (the called out ones), and we must do it until Christ returns.

We believe that we are to go, and if we cannot go, we must send others.  We support outreaches locally and internationally. Each year we participate in international mission outreach by going to a country where a new door is open.  This mission trip is supported by the church and we would like your support as well.  Pray about making a donation to support the gospel being taken to the ends of the world.

We are also actively involved in reaching people in our own communities every Saturday and one time per week we reach out to the sick through Hospital Evangelism.

 

Family Life Ministry (Marriage Ministry)

GOAL: The Family Life Ministry (Marriage Ministry) exists to encourage, inspire and equip couples who are preparing for marriage and those already married to build godly marriages and to help couples stay committed to their marriage vows, and to challenge them to do “whatever it takes” to achieve that goal.
 

Family Life Ministry (Marriage Ministry) Team Leaders:

Free counseling available by appointment.
Marriage Classes also take place during the Christian Education Hour on Sunday Morning from 8:45am-9:45am.  Different topics are offered each cycle to improve married relationships.

 

Intercessory Prayer

The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man is dynamic in its working. Prayer is going on 24/7 at this local church.  From 6am – 7am the doors of the sanctuary are open for intercessory prayer. We are mandated by God to PRAY always with all kinds of prayer.  Calvary Temple is a house of prayer for all nations.  Join us in prayer today!
